Want to make the yummiest mashed potatoes you'll ever taste? Use evaporated milk instead of water or milk. You'll find yourself using less butter and salt, and since evaporated milk has a long shelf life, it's easy to keep it on hand! (I have at least 3 cans on hand at all times.)

       Trust me, you'll have everyone who tastes them saying they're better than their mom's! Enjoy!

And as my loverly, Paula pointed out, boil the potatoes in chicken broth, not water. Thanks for the reminder, Paula!
