As an AVID recycler, I'm always looking for ways to reuse things. Here's a GREAT one. Instead of throwing that circular piece of cardboard that comes with frozen pizzas, save them, wipe them down, and cover with foil. Then, use them as round cake platters instead of trekking your coveted one around with you! That way, when finished, you can recover OR throw in the recycle bin.
Since cakes are the new knitting, I have a feeling a few you will you this one. Happy baking!!!
