Okay...so here's another food tip for you. Seems like a no brainer, but I didn't learn this til last night.
If you really want a really juicy steak, season the HECK out of the outside, sear on both sides on high heat on your grill, then lower heat to medium and cook til desired doneness. If "doneness" isn't a word, I just made it up...call the dictionary people!
Anyway, had one tender and juicy steak last night, even my 3 year old said, "I like when my meat is juicy!" Smart kid!
